Loving.
Tonight as i was doing my quiet time, something struck me.
Do you know, how hard it is to love?
The bible says: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast. It is not proud, it is not rude. It is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no records of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always hopes, always trusts, always perserveres."
Husbands and Wives, take a second and reflect.
Ever snubbed at each other over a silly issue? - Love should not be rude.
Boyfriends and Girlfriends, take a second to reflect.
Ever gotten angry just because you didn't get things your way? - Love should not be self-seeking and easily angered.
Daughters and Sons, take a second to reflect.
Can't forgive your parents for something they've done? For causing you pain during your childhood? - Love should keep no record of wrongs.
Ahh...that's when i realised how i've failed. Even when you thought you were giving your best, loving your best, then you're reminded that hey, perhaps there's still much room for improvement. So now, as tough as it might sound, let's just remember, with God, all things are possible.
Let's all work on becoming better lovers - of our spouses, parents, friends and of course, God.

CNY cheer!
Haiyo.... ZHEN YUE CHU YI TOU YI TIAN, JIA JIA HU HU GUO XING NIAN!!!
Yes, if you haven't already realised, chinese new year is just round the corner. Yes, i fought my way through the bah kwa queues, the mua-chee stalls and the coconut sellers in Chinatown to get myself hyped up for the coming new year.
And of course, there's the spring cleaning. I cleaned out three quarters of my wardrobe - yes, many i can't wear anymore. And now, my room is spanking clean.
Oh yah, before i forget, dearest esther and sharon will be flying home today. Yes, ironically on Valentine's day, esther back to her gilbert and sharon err, back to i don't know who. haha. Oh yah, just forget the both of them aren't in our cg anymore. So i shall stop talking about them.
Anyways, have a great new year guys! If you haven't already done all that necessary cleaning up, remember - you gotta shine for God!
