THAT smell.

I think Singaporeans smell.

I was on the train today and i couldn't help but notice the stench. That sourly fermented smell which i associate with the drains of some wet markets. And no, it's not because someone brought smelly tofu onto the train. It's just alot of people bringing their smelly bodies onto the train.

I hate sweaty school kids, office men with BO, office ladies without perfume, old uncles who don't shower. So i hope none of you guys fall into any of these categories!

If i'm the government, the next campaign would definately be a "Shower singapore" campaign. People would be fine for not showering enough/sweating too much/smelling like crap. Haha. Those who refuse to repent after fines would be thrown into hygiene schools whereby they would be required to pay for school fees and not textbooks but deodorant, cologne, detol and water.

Conclusion: We sweat too much thanks to the weather and we smell.
Ideal Action: Shower everytime you sweat.
More actionable action: Try walking real slow without much movement of the arms so that your pits wouldn't sweat as much.

by now you should know, i am in a pretty crappy mood because it's too late at night.

Genting Dog

Contribution by fertilizing the forestry of Genting. What a sight! Doing it in the middle of a road linking Genting and not afraid of being squash by passing vehicles! I sincerity salute the act!

The end result.. Arrggghhh!!! Eeeeiii!!!

Void Deck Cat

This cat stays around the void deck of Jimmy's HDB flat. It is not afraid of human even in close contact. That is why my dear was able to take a photo of it taking a afternoon nap in a bench. It must be really enjoying it's sleep from the look of it. My dear tried to scare it by making one loud noice but it still remain in this position until who knows what time.. Feeding time I think.. Who can guess it's gender? Answer will be reveal on thursday by asking the occupany.

Count on me Singapore!

Happy National Day everyone! Though technically this only applies to me, jing, david, joanne, clarice, chai ping & jimmy. Haha.

Anyway, i celebrated our nation's 41st birthday LIVE at the National Stadium. The atmosphere was fantastic, the fireworks so close to me i felt as though i could reach out and touch them! For a full 2 hours, i felt super patriotic. With my red t-shirt, my singapore cap and my "made in singapore" tattoo, i sang our anthem loud and proud. For 21 years, this is the nation i've dwelled in. I hope this day brings back as much memories and emotions for you as it did for me!

Happy 41st birthday Singapore! Happy 17th birthday CHC!

is that a cat? is that a robbish?

Date: 4 Aug 2006
Time: 10.45 p.m.
Venue: Opposite SIS east gate car park.

It happen after the FOP at SIS. When Jimmy, Chai Ping, Esther and I was on the way to Jimmy Car. As we decide to go old airport temporary market to have our late dinner / supper. As we walking, suddenly there is a wind blow pass us. And a car drive slowly and keep follow us. And suddenly the female passager wave her hand and smile to us.

That is...

Our beloved Tess Jing =D

and they pass by us. As we walk toward the Jimmy's car, suddenly Jimmy saw something. His eyes open big and ask "what is on the root of our car?"

Chai Ping said "Is it a cat?"

Jimmy replied "No, It look like a rubbish"

As we walk faster and get near to the car, we found out that is not cat, nor rubbish.

But a turtle !!! Xp

A Turtle from Jimmy car, Praise the Lord, some one saw it on the ground and put back to Jimmy Car's roof. As we wonder who adopted the turtle, we found out the "turtle murder" is our beloved sister. She is....

Joanne Wong !!!

Can't imagine she did that... =x
She adopted the turtle accidently !!!

Poor Turtle T.T

Seventeen Anniversary

I felt a great difference in this year anniversary. Firstly, it's only ONE service. I was shocked when I heard the news. Secondly, the small little boy who did the dance item. AMAZING!! I can't even do that. Thirdly, the testimony impacted me. It reaffirms God's promises to us as His children. That if You truly and I really mean truly and not those half past six type Following His Words and Loving Him in total surrender like the song we sing in the service. God will surely bring light to Us. WOW!!! Fourthly, the love of the people towards their Shepard. How I wish I can have these people as my sheeps. Father I pray: "You increase Us to a greater Height!"

Let's really allow our life to be change and transform by God and not be constraint by natural circumstances. Let's step out from where we are (From our comfort zone, From our hiding place, From a place of negative thinking, From a place whereby our priority are Worldy Needs) and into our Destiny where we can see Things happening.

Let's really mean what we say and sing ("I Surrender All").
We can't just live life through lip service.
Amen!!
