Altruistic Love

THE WILLINGNESS TO BE EXAMINED IS PROOF THAT YOU POSSESS A HEART OF INTEGRITY.

Men and women of integrity have nothing to hide. They are willing to open themselves up to personal examination. As a leader and representative of Jesus, those around us and above us have a right to examine our lives. Why is that? The willingness to be examined is proof that you possess a heart of integrity.
I know personally that in order for my congregation to trust me I have to continually walk a life of integrity in front them. As I have walked that path I have seen their trust grow stronger and stronger. We must be willing to be open and honest with whom we associate. It will not only create trust but it will also keep us from ever walking in the wrong direction.
Embrace examination! Personal examination causes us to see the progress we have made in our lives and brings to light situations we need to confront and correct. As we continue to do this, we will begin to influence a greater number of people and see our stock grow in the eyes of those above us. Let us never forget that integrity is proven by the willingness to be examined.
