MY THOUGHTS ARE THE COMPASS WHICH GUIDES THE COURSE OF
MY LIFE TO ITS DESTINATION.
Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)
“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 (NKJV)
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ…”

What you allow to harbor in your mind and dwell upon in your thoughts are seeds, which will develop and produce after their own kind. All thoughts that suggest weakness, failure, unhappiness, or poverty are harmful and self-destructing. We must see those thoughts as enemies attempting to break out into manifestation. We must counter attack those thoughts whenever they try to gain ascendancy in our minds. We should avoid them as we would thieves…for they truly are…and that of the highest degree.
Our minds must be kept free from bitterness, resentment, hatred, and suspicion and from everything that does not line up with God’s thoughts. The apostle Paul tells us, “I see another law in my members, warring against the laws of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.” We are in a battle. We are to pull down and bring every negative thought into the obedience of Christ. If He did not say it, then we should not think it. God has given us the weapons with which to fight. We must choose to get on the battleship called “Godly Thinking” if we are ever going to experience Heaven’s best.

CONFESSION
Proverbs 23:7; 2 Corinthians 10:4 - 6
“Father, I thank You that as I think so I become. I use the weapons of Heaven to pull down strongholds, and I cast down arguments and every high and lofty thing that exalts itself against God’s Word. I bring all negative thoughts into line with Jesus Christ. I have the mind of Christ and I hold the thoughts, attitudes and purposes of His heart.”

Bold

Quote - 'What would you do if you were ten times bolder? Go out and do it. When and what has it cost you in life not to be bold?' - Laurie Beth Jones, Jesus CEO, Hyperion, 1995, Pg 113

A bold colour stands out from the rest.
We make the font bold to emphasise the point.
Life makes way for the bold person.
Fortune favours the bold, the brave, the courageous.
A small vision fails to motivate.
The vision that takes your breath away, that'll capture attention.
Boldness is not bold unless we laugh on the edge of our nervous boundaries.
Bold is Winston Churchill standing on the rooftops of London yelling defiance
to Hitler whilst the bombs rain down on the city around him.
Be bold, be strong, for the Lord your God is with you! (Josh 1:9)

Assumption

Quote - 'Assumption is the mother of all stuff ups' - Jeff Crabtree, Director, School of Creative Arts, Christian City Church, Oxford Falls, Sydney.
____________________________________________

Don't assume people understood you.
Ask what they think you meant.
Don't assume the job has been done like you asked it to be.
Check it.This is not cynicism, distrust or bad delegation, it is wisdom.
Don't assume there are no mistakes in the production, have many review it.
Don't assume people have remembered what they were meant to do, remind them.
Don't assume people will act on their own initiative to accomplish the goals,
these are rare people worth their weight in gold.
Don't assume people burn with the same fire for the vision as you do,
fire them up morning and night.
Don't assume people are on track, focus them again and again.
Keep everybody achieving the vision.

Stepping out with you,

The Phoenix Principle

Quote - 'Despair leads to death. The entrance to hell in Dante's inferno: 'All hope abandon, ye who enter here.' - Secrets of Super Achievers by Philip Baker, Webb & Partners 1997, Pg 50.

A man is sitting on his porch in Kentucky. He's just retired from the post office. His first Social Security check arrives. He's very, very discouraged. He thinks, "Is this my life now - sitting on the porch waiting for my check?"He made a list of all the blessings and capacities he had.The list was long. In the list was his mother's recipe for fried chicken. It used eleven different herbs and spices. He went to a nearby restaurant and asked if he could cook the chicken. It soon became the most popular item on the menu.So he opened his own restaurant, then others, then a string of restaurants.Eventually Harland Sanders sold the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise across all of America.
